Board of Directors

The company has a three-member Board of Directors as follows:

George Oposika Aggudey (64) is a lawyer by profession and has practiced as Barrister in England and Wales for several years. He established and operated Gocrest Services Limited since 1992 .He therefore brings to the Board a wealth of experience both as legal practitioner and businessman.

Baba Abdullah Issah (50) is a chartered accountant and banker, having worked in very senior roles in a number of banks in Ghana. He is currently running his own accountancy and management consultancy firm, ABI & Associates.

Kwamina Baiden (45) is a legal practitioner and businessman. Prior to setting up his own legal firm, Mr. Baiden worked at the Attorney-General's department as a principal attorney

Management

In addition to George Aggudey who is the Chief Executive Officer of GSL, the following are key to the company's operations.

• Mr. Mc Acquaye (Finance Director) has worked with GSL for the last two years and is currently the Finance Director. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, and the level 2 certificate of the ACCA.

• Mr. AbangaPatison (Operations Director) holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a banker by profession. He worked in SG-SSB for the last twenty-five (25) years. He joined GSL last year and has brought his immense experience to bear on the operations of the company.

The above are supported by competent and skilled regional coordinators, sub-coordinators and supervisors.
